Title: Gamaliel: Deciding Not To Decide Text: Acts 5:33-42

1.Several faults of Gamaliel were pointed out in the message. What are some good qualities that might be said of Gamaliel?

2.What is some of the evidence that ought to lead people to make a decision regarding Jesus?

3.From marriage to churches and civic clubs, people today want to avoid commitment. What are some ways we can have an effective witness and impact with this attitude?

4.A widely known fact of church growth is that people like to go to “successful” churches. What are some characteristics of “successful” churches? In the Book of Acts what is the criteria for success? How does this apply to EUCC?

5.What might you say to someone who has not yet become a Christian? How can we help non-Christians to make a decision?

6.Read Acts 5:40—42. The Apostles were ordered not to speak in the name of Jesus. They were beaten and admonished. What were the results of this admonishment and beating? What can we learn from this?
